McGrath Systems is currently accepting applications for a Pharmacy Tech with Call Center experience to work in the Blue Bell, PA area.

Specific duties
  • Handle a high call volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Receiving and processing of physician' s orders
  • Maintain patient profiles.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain payment for prescription claims
  • Answer incoming phone calls for prescription orders, refills, make outgoing follow up calls to patients regarding their medications.
  • Create shipping labels.

Minimum Requirements
  • Be available to work Monday - Friday 10: 30 AM to 7 PM
  • Must be flexible and available to work more than an 8 hour day if needed.
  • Must have strong customer service experience and truly enjoy speaking with patients over the phone.
  • A graduate of high school or equivalent.
