McGrath Systems is currently hiring an Office Admin  to work in center city Philadelphia, PA. 

Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Processing incoming and outgoing checks
  • Working on projects creating presentations and reports
  • Processing expenses for department

Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent / Associates preferred
  • 3 years’ experience with office administrative duties
  • Proficient use of MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point
