McGrath Systems is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Doylestown, PA area!   If you are motivated, enthusiastic and want to gain some experience working for a great company please apply!  

Responsibilities:
  • Enter phone orders quickly and accurately
  • Ensure that shipping address, part numbers, logos and order type is correct
  • Check customer allowance balances
  • Handle catalog requests and send to the appropriate person
  • Process Rush and Same Day order requests
  • Answer inquiries, delivery dates, backordered items and track shipments
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department as required
  • Communicate issues that you cannot solve to the Customer Service Manager
  • Work with team members well and communicate with them effectively

 

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 - 3 years Inbound Customer Service Call experience
  • Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively build rapport with customers
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus
