McGrath Systems is now hiring Customer Service Representatives in the Langhorne, PA area. We are looking for outgoing candidates with strong interpersonal skills who are open to flexible work schedules. Responsibilities:
  • Take incoming calls from customers
  • Document information requests from callers
  • Email/mail brochures upon request
  • Schedule call backs for the Benefit team

Requirements:
  • Minimum of High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM
  • Previous experience in the health insurance industry
